Story Behind the Photo

These students are happy to drink clean water from a Water ATM in Gondharbapur Village, India. Solar energy is being used to pump water from rivers and ponds, the water is then treated with generators that can purify and desalinate water. Water ATMs are being installed by UNICEF in schools and local villages, which students and villagers can have access to safe and clean drinking water.
